Carson City Nevada Elan Sighting

PostPost by: Tahoe » Tue Sep 11, 2012 2:30 am

Coming home tonight I spotted a white S3 or S4 Elan with black bumpers traveling North on 395 near the Casino Fandango in Carson City.Itried to give chase but was held up by stoplights. Anyone know this car? Didn't see it well because of traffic etc. but it is the first Elan I've seen in probably 10 years not at an event, car show etc., just being driven.

Russ, It may have been a white Elan that was at Mike Ostrov's last tech session that Keith Franck worked on and he was heading back to Reno. Sorry I don't have his name. PM me for more info.

I thought you would never ask!

Beats me why us Brits can't spell some of our own words more logically e.g. "plumber" for a man who fixes pipes, "tyres" for those round rubber things. Mad.
