In Jeff's announcement topic, I made a point that: I've been using Internet discussion systems and forums for many many years.

So too have lots of other people and some recognisable personality traits always seem to occur on forums.

Users of internet forums have been dubbed citizens of the network or NETIZENS for short.

One Netizen has made of hobby of collecting forum personality types and illustrating them with 'cartoon' pictures and humourous descriptions.

Take a look at his site and see if you can identify similar character types on this forum.

Bill,

What are you trying to say?

"Often in the heat of battle Bliss Ninny will discuss her cat."

Hi Richard, I think what Bill is trying to say is.....
Our beloved site is not outside spiderwebglise.... even tho' we're talking ONLY about Lotus Elans.
After perusing the Flame Warrior link above I realised I have sometimes acted like several of those rascals ! And yes, a few remind me of specific people here. Fun fun.

I'm saying we are actually a fairly typical on-line community as far as personalities go and not a "Microsoft-type" advice bureau.

We are here because we want to be & we give advice, because we want to, simply because we want others to be able to renovate and drive their Elans, not because we are paid to do so. But I think I am also saying that we are fairly well behaved on here, compared to other forums, yet we still have some of the typical persona here.
