Shock Horror! Archives search answered my question

It was regarding bonnet/hood catches and adjustment. I searched through a dozen topics at least and my bonnet/hood now pops up and clicks down as it should.
I must say that the bonnet catches on an Elan are Mickey Mouse compared to a +2. Perhaps the 100+ kilos extra lard that the +2 carries has something to do with using more mainstream components rather than Chapman Quality Parts.

A miracle! Man reads archives and catch fixes itself!
I'm now going to read about core plugs and see if it works for me too.
