Music RIGHT now...

PostPost by: elansprint71 » Wed Dec 21, 2011 11:12 pm

Some years back, in another place, I started a thread with this title; I don't go back there much these days but it seems that the thread is very much alive and well.

The idea is very simple- just post the title and artist of the music that you are listening to right at this second. I have picked up on all sorts of great stuff that I might otherwise never have found.

Mad World by Gary Jules.

btw I also have the original Tears for Fears version which is totally different but equally good.

Gary, S&G have been in my head for 45? years.
Here is someone I discovered via my thread in that other place a few months ago:

His only (so far) albumn A Solitary Man is really good. Follow the link and check out the tracks on the side-bar too.

Dial-up? I think my grandmother mentioned that once, when I was a kid. Semaphore is the future.

Not my cup of tea really but I'm to lazy to change the station.

It's just finished but it was:

Richard Thompson - Beeswing

Not what I usually listen to at 7.30am but I was transferring a bunch of mp3s to
my Kindle for later use and wondered what the track was like.
