Hi All,

Just found a good 16 part set of videos on Youtube, "The Lotus Story" but when I use one of the grabbers to download them the audio/video goes out of sync'

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jhU8RykKk64

I wonder if anyone can recommend a grabber which would download the material well? Or another source (preferably free) of the film.

Thanks

EDIT: I think I've solved it, looks like the Realplayer downloader keeps them in sync. It looks an interesting film.

Interesting..

I've just looked at part of part 1 and found out that Colin Chapman was a graduate of Engineering at University College London.

So was I 8)

The film illustrates it by showing the 'new' Engineering Department block, which was opened in 1960, (when I was there) so long after Colin left. His training would have been in the Main building on Gower Street south side of the main entrance gate.

Yes I thought it looked good Bill.

Now you just need to discover that you are related to Hazel Williams....... :)

I just wanted to watch it on TV rather than on my monitor

I assume it's been a commercial release at some time but appears to be freely available on the net even from official sources.

Terry,
Are these actually free as in freeware ?
Or will I load them and be greeted with the usual message of "Welcome to your free 14 day trial...." ?
And have a bunch of toolbars to get rid of.
I usually get screwed with these things but if they are free, and they work, then THANKS.. :)

Cheers
Ralph.

Both are free (or were free when I installed them) One asks for donations I think.
You may have to opt out of the toolbar thing but that's quite normal now with Freeware
