I have taken my Elan to "The Village", some time ago now though.

What happened to KAR 120C ?
I heard once it was last seen heading my direction, ( New Zealand).
Anyone know for sure ?
I quite like the idea of finding the remains in a barn out the back of beyond.

So, before I start the search, could the owner step forward....

Cheers
Ralph.

I'd heard that the original KAR 120C ended up in RSA or Zimbabwe before being written off, but so much time has passed I guess we'll never know :(

"Sold abroad", and "written off in an accident".

Mmmm......so there could be remains in the back of a shed somewhere.
Unfortunately there're a lot of sheds/barns in this part of the world... :(

Didn't a 47 turn up in Angola years ago? Lotus had a policy of selling off old racing cars to far flung corners of the world, but that does seem a bit extreme.
