I think it runs for an hour - produced by the same company, Mark Stewart Productions, who made the Graham Hill programme last year.
The following copied from the Lotus Elise forum:

'The programme contains a wealth of rare film footage, including many home movie clips supplied by Jim's family. Contributors include Jim's sister Bettie, John Surtees, Sir John Whitmore, Sally Swart, Ian Scott-Watson, Graham Gauld, Dan Gurney, Parnelli Jones, Andy Granatelli, Bob Dance, Cedric Selzer and of course, Jackie Stewart'.

Greetings, Does anyone know of a station providing this show in the USA? Does BBC offer their shows after broadcast on DVD? Thanks, Eric

You may be disappointed if you've set the video.
From the Radio Times

The Jet Stream and Us Monday 13 April
8:00pm - 9:00pm
BBC4
Documentary tracing how human understanding of the jet stream - a ribbon of fast moving air high in the atmosphere - has grown. It has been responsible for bewildering effect on bomber pilots in World War II, turbocharging modern transatlantic flyers, the infamous 1987 hurricane and the devastating floods of recent years. Scientists now believe this powerful weather phenomenon is changing its pattern of behaviour and could have an even bigger impact on our climate and the way we live our lives.

Oh bugger,

I've been waiting for that program with great anticipation.
Is there any way of contacting the BBC to find out when it will be transmitted?
The Jetstrem thingy is a bloody repeat, is that the best they can do?

Cheers
John

Jim Clark: The Quiet ChampionSaturday 18 April
7:00pm - 8:00pm
BBC4
Portrait of Jim Clark, one of the most talented and intriguing characters of the 1960s. From unlikely beginnings on a farm in Scotland, the introverted and media-shy Clark emerged to become the most successful racing driver of his time, and forged a reputation as one of the all-time great heroes of motor sport. Using previously unseen archive footage, testimonials from friends, family and former colleagues, the film tells the extraordinary but tragic story of an enigmatic racing legend.

Eric, you can watch it on here:

I've heard that it will be coming out on DVD sometime, along with the films made on Graham Hill and Jackie Stewart. They are really worth seeking out, with some footage I've never seen before.
