Sorry to those who have contacted me on facebook,I was pressurised to join,tried it and cannot see the point....so,I've jumped ship....and am back in the shed...

I have not been on it. Valuable lotus time!

I have heard a few funny stories about clever younger folk skipping work due to faked illness and their employer going on and finding them telling all their mates that they have bunked off work for a laugh etc. Wheeled in the next morning by the boss.

Also people leaving their screen open and alll sort of stuff being put on when their back is turned. Seems a delight for being set up if you use it at work and your works mates know.

I have been encouraged to join Facebook with the comment the "all the cool kids are there". Neither of those descriptors apply to me so I'll stay with lotuselan.net and Ed's Morris Dancers.

its only for the nosey people I reckon......
I havent done anything but It does go through your mail box automaticaly and send everyone you know an email asking them to join
bit like a virus but worse :oops:

As you were so keen on me joining you on Facebook, I now have to assume we're no longer "friends".

I did say that apart from the photo I could not see the point of it.

It wasn't me...it was the Facebook Virus that infects your email address list and runs amock inviting all and sundry....sorry...see you at Donnington..
