Hexagonal Spinners - Tool

Evening all,

Back for some expertise and knowledge.

Anyone recognise this tool, home made and or orig equip? - (came with my one previous owner 71 Sprint)

Looks to be a homemade handle attached to the factory tool (which was intended to be used with a hammer). Could also be an aftermarket item.

The tool looks like the one I have which I was told was a lotus part. I can’t say if that’s true or not but from memory it looks like that one so probably not a one off

Thanks Gents,

The welding is extremely poor (that said it has lasted 50 years fine!) but, it is light and well designed which makes me think it well may have come out of the factory

Can send more pictures; cannot imagine‘home made’ would stretch to the plastic handle?

I have a similar one I got off eBay ('new') a number of years ago.

Better welding :)
