remote pedal box

Has anyone here made up a pedal box to use for actuating a clutch mockup? Engine and gearbox
would be out of the car and, of course, the clutch type(s) would be non stock.
My machinist guy here had a MGB clutch pedal and master on a stand and it was nice to use when
I was putting together my 5 speed with a 4 speed bellhousing. Adjustments one does not want to
make when installed in the car. Unfortunately he loaned it out and moved and hasn't seen it since.
I was hoping to find a pedal of the same ratio as the Elan's and it looks like the TR6 might be close.
I was thinking of using its pedal hanger and constructing a stand to stabilize it.
Anyone else do something like this?

Sorry no help with the pedal box but intrigued about mating 5 speed box to 4 speed bell housing. Care to share details ?
Cheers

Unfortunately, I don't know too much detail; I bought it this way. Basically a plate was brazed on the
bellhousing and I assume some of the bell was cut back. I still needed to move the bell rearward so
I had a 3/4 inch plate cut to match and it allowed proper indexing of the bellhousing.
The remote pedal box allowed me to determine proper fulcrum height.

Thanks, but no conversion needed, unless you're thinking I could use this as my remote
unit. A bit pricey for that, though. I just need to operate the clutch when it is not in the car.
