Anti Seize Compound?

For years I?ve been using a dab of a graphite based grease on spark plug threads into alloy heads. Never had any problems. It?s used a lot in the aerospace industry.
Just for a laugh when I worked offshore one of the larger electricians complained of aching legs, one of his workmates handed him the tin of copaslip and said rub some of that on it?ll help, he asked why and was told to read the tin, it said ?for slow moving heavily loaded parts!?
