Update from Mike/Mark :D .

I tried the EZcarlift under the Elan. I drove the car onto the ramps and it went under without a problem. The car is low as it has 26R front cranked bones and a big bore manifold. I have decided to go for the smaller side bars. I could lift with the longer ones that went under the Plus 2 but am a bit to far back and too far forward with the whole device. I would go under the front of the Rear A frame area and come to far to the front of where the chassis Y finishes. With the object of the exercise being to obtain max access, I have ordered these shorter bars from Boytcho and they are on their way. I will photograph when I get them when I have the car on.

Perhaps I was being to ambitious getting one set of bars to cover two car of differing lengths. I mention this in case anyone else is going for them. Consider where you want your lift points to land.
Mike :)
