A decent drill press, an angle grinder with some thin slitting discs, floodlights on stands, a good set of HSS drills, and, as already mentioned a set of Halfords 150 piece Professional range sockets and spanners - often on offer for a measly ?100 and an absolute nailed on bargain at that.
I also have a 1000 lumen Hope LED head torch which I use for mountain biking but which also comes in amazingly useful for working on the car - mind at ?250 it's not exactly cheap
I have been looking at some car ramp which have hydraulic lifters - they look brilliant and are next on the list but at around ?450 I need to choose the right moment. A real problem with working on the +2 is lifting it as the car has very few safe jacking points
