Elan Toolkit on Fleabay Uk - be aware

There were only 3 spanners in an Elan toolkit - 3 out of the 4 are wrong sizes, Superslim and Snail weren't mixed in the same toolroll, the plug spanner must be too short to actually be able to be used (doubt if you could get the tommy bar in). The pliers look close but can't make out enough detail. The tool roll is just horrible.
Sorry if this is yours but I think advertising as an Elan toolkit is a bit of a stretch.
Declaration of self interest - I do have some virtually complete kits available - email!
Cheers

I think you could be right there,it would be difficult to remove the plugs with that plug spanner/tommy bar

So what was in the original tool kit? What was it held in - some form of tool roll? And where was it kept?
I assume it was typical Lotus so fairly basic!
What was the original jack like? And where was it kept?
I know I am getting fussy when I get to details like this, but I am just curious!
Thanks
Bruce

Here's an Elan tool kit I saw previously on eBay. I think it's pretty complete.

In addition to the listing of the toolkit by elanfan1, there was a stowage bag for the jack, a hammer for winged nuts or a wrench for bolt on wheels. Federal Elans came with a spanner for the wheel nuts (Nader nuts) that was available in a short or long handled version.
There is a full description and illustration in the Sevice Parts List.
As far as I am aware there was no specific location for the jack and, like most cars of the era, the tool roll and jack were placed inside or alongside the spare wheel.
