knock offs or center bolts

I've always used knock offs, but I have a set of center bolts. Where does one buy a socket head for the bolts? What torque value should be used?

Required torque is 180-200 lbs/ft.

Isn't Detroit "Rock City", though I would think of it more as "Motown" which incorporates both vehicle and music (sort of?)

OTC makes a octagon socket, 1905. Cheap enough, carry a breaker bar, or weld a bar on!

I have used brass plumbing strapping, to take up the 1/16 inch slack

P.S. the white sands beaches (Pinery), same latitude as N California are some of my favourite places on the earth.
