Can anyone advise on the length and threat size of wheel studs for S1/2 bolt on wheels?

What sort of threat did you think it poses?

The threads are 3/8 UNF (24 tpi). If you don't get a reply tomorrow I'll take a wheel off and measure length but I can't tell you the spline size. If I forget PM me.

A catalogue told me where one was!

Diameters:

Top cap: 5/8 inches
Spline: 17/32 inches o/d (this one is only 33/64" and is too small)
The spline is about 28-30 tpi.
Thread: 3/8 UNF [0.375] inches 24 tpi

Lengths from RH end:

Unthreaded start: 1/8 [0.125] inches
Top of thread: 3/4 [0.750] iinches
Start of spline: 1 [1.000] inch exactly
Top of spline: 1 1/4 [1.250] inches
Cap at 5/8 inch: 1 11/32 [1.345] inches
Total length: 1 13/32 [1.406] inches
