Apologies for all the questions but

This doesn't seem right. The rotor clears the wishbone arm by about 3mm. About the same on both sides.

yes it's all quite tight in that area. outer wishbone bolts have to have pretty minimal heads to clear the wheel rim. position of tyre weights needs to be checked. A good idea to check the run-out of the various components, particularly if you pull the driveshafts.
