Lotus Elan and Lotus Elan Plus 2 Forums

Through a series of events too complex to repeat I have ended up with a couple of used but good LHD elan steering racks, taken from cars that were re-imported back to the UK from the US. Are they valuable enough to sell, considering the cost of transatlantic carriage?
I am assuming that most LHD Elans are in the US....

Thoughts & comments please.

I have been led to believe that a LHD Elan rack is a RHD Climax Elite rack, as one is mounted upside down from the other application.
