How do I get into the 3 bolts holding the brake cylinder part,I have unit out car split it in two but cannot get the part the big rubber diagram sits on off to expose 3 bolts for above,is there a special tool for this

After splitting servo you need to compress spring to be able to release lock bar ,very tricky
