A silly question but when you fit adjustable spring platforms, when you turn the adjusters clockwise and compress the spring does it raise or lower the ride height?

Ask yourself - does it shorten or lengthen the spring/damper unit?

you can see it this way: the body rests on the springs, so if the platform goes up the body goes up
