Front Spring length for +2

Hi back from the wedding & all went well So back to the car! Seems the fresh engine is deciding it wants to come out again as water pump is leaking Also offside output shaft leaking, along with gearbox.

So while fixing all that before the road trip to Spain & France in a month, I need to get springs all sorted! So the fronts I had the info from Rohan, now for the rears. What length & rate do I need here? I'm going to get the adjustable kit from Rally design to fit 2.25" rear springs, so need the length & rate. Also can I get a direct replacement for the rubber that fits over the chrome of the insert inside the spring? I have new Gaz inserts to fit. I take it I need to match the rear to the front, 150ibs & 12".
