Plus 2 ride height?

Hi,

My workshop manual doesn't make any mention of the correct front ride height for the car. This is frustrating, given that I've fitted TTR dampers and the ride-height is hilariously low. What should the distance be from floor to the front chassis crossmember? I seem to recall 300mm from somewhere but am not so sure.

Thanks

Steve

Ah, thanks. So 6-and-a-half inches then when laden correctly.

Hi Steve

My +2 rides high on the front and therefore I am thinking of fitting TTR front dampers and springs to match the rears. So I can visualise the front ride height, would you be kind enough to post the measurements from the floor to the top of the wheel arch rim.

Many thanks in advance.

Peter

Will do, but it won't be for a few weeks as the car doesn't live with me at the moment and is 100 miles away!

Mal - Many thanks for the inf. At the moment my car rides higher on the front than shown in the diagramme, which seems to be a common problem. The car had replacement Koni dampers but I believe the springs are original.

Steve - no problem, I am away for a week too. Please post whenever you can.

Regrds
