PostPost by: mark030358 » Mon Dec 26, 2011 8:40 pm

Christmas Greetings...
Does anyone have any pictures of the TTR wheels that are machined so the rear A arm does not catch? And any idea what make they are?

cheers

Hi Mark
I have TTR wheels and i don't remember them being machined to miss the suspension arm - the arm is ground away tho.
Not sure, but aren't the wheels made especially for TTR and he distributes them?
No pics sorry i'm away atm

Mark,

I believe some of them to be Minator. I was having a mooch one day (in there) and they had that on the boxes. I have used (but good) bolt on wheels for the S4 FHC. They have the inside machined out to clear and am told that they came from there too. The car also has TTR "A" frames. I can get an inside diameter to compare, if you like.

The ones I bought from TTR 2 years ago was Minilite 5x13 and I didn't have to grind of the rear A-arm.
They fit fine under the wheel arches with 155-R13 tires but I couldn't fit 175/70-R13.
