Offside rear flexible brake hose

PostPost by: jmp » Wed Aug 31, 2011 5:12 pm

Hi all, doing a final check over for an MOT on the plus 2 and the rear offside flexible hose needs replacing. Could do with being able to pick one up from a local factors rather than having to wait to have one posted freom the specialists. I believe the cylinders are ford, does anyone know what the hose is from?

Thanks in anticipation,

JP

Hi JP,

Have a look at the link below for more information on compatible parts.

http://gglotus.org/ggpart/elan+2xref.htm

This is a US site a with a clear disclaimer at the top of the page but it might just help you track down parts.

Adios

Thanks for that John, but I picked one up from Wolverhampton today, ?9.00. If anyone is interested the Moprod part no is:

BH103 336984

The fella I got it from has a store of brake hoses, shoes etc., from obsolete cars. I did ask him to check and let me know what Lotus specific parts he has. I'll post a list if he gets back to me.
