As far as I am aware they are no longer available new. I assume you have tried Matty, Miller and Neil. They occasionally get listed on e-bay and reach rather high prices!

There were a couple for sale at Stoneleigh last week. A rather second hand example had a ?200 price tag, and a well refurbished (looked like new) was about ?280 I think.
So Stoneleigh or Donnington are good bets to find a good one, or try a Wanted ad on LotusElan.Net if you can't get to the shows. Everybody knows how much they sell for, and there are high expectations for rubbish as well!!
I have an early motorlita wheel on mine which accepts the original horn push...it's slightly smaller, thicker leather rim with 3 hole aluminium spokes... looks the part and feels so much nicer than the original. But if absolute originality is a must......

Keep and eye on eBay. they seem to appear there on a regular basis (in the UK at least)

Have a look at my post in "Things in Common" Bell & Colvill can arrange for the factory to refurbish your Chapman steering wheel..
