Seized Adjustable Rear Wishbone - How to Salvage

Hi all, I purchased adjustable rear wishbones and first time I tried to adjust them, they seized. Then after WD40 and a little heat (alternating) the threads stripped.

What to do? Scrap a perfectly good wishbone?

Well I cut the old LH/RH turnbuckle out of the wishbone, and came up with the following assembly. Hope the pictures are self explanatory.

Works a treat.
