Lotus Elan and Lotus Elan Plus 2 Forums

Hi wondering if anyone can tell me the diameter of the vacuum chamber of a the Mk2A as fitted to Lotus Elan? (that's the big black thing that the leather bellows travels in, with the big flat plate at the end) I sorta need to know in the next two hours (yep, you guessed it, ebay), so if anyone would like to duck out with a tape measure I promise I will name my first born after you.....
