Elan hubs - difference between elan and elan plus 2 hubs?

I've got all sorts of knock on hubs! I'm in the process of removing my knock ons and going to bolt on hubs for my S1. A lot less weight and less mucking about with wheels coming loose.
The +2 rear hubs fit on exactly the same shafts as the baby elan but have a much larger offset. Front hubs are I think the same with the extra track coming predominantly from the chassis.
Let me know if you're stuck for hubs (and spinners?). Postage can't be that great to Oz#>?

Hi all .... Take a look at the excellent publication by Paul Robinson & Christopher Ross - Authentic Lotus Elan & Plus 2 1962 - 1974. Page 173.
There is a photo of an Elan rear KO hub next to a Plus 2 rear hub. The authors say that the difference in offset is approx. 0.25".
Hope this helps.
