Hello,
I came across this tread looking for a definition of what the toe-in is when given in inches like in my original shop manual.
Since math is more or less my job, I just put together a small sheet to help you convert between the different units.
To measure and set the toe-in, I use a kind of board mounted on a slide with a indicator of side slippage in meters per km. I find it very convenient. The fact that is was purchased by a couple of mechanics in my company who let everybody use it adds to the convenience
