Adjustable shocks and spring platforms..........

Gents,
Anyone fitted TTR adjustable shocks and spring platforms? If so, could you provide me with a ball park height setting for the spring platform (ie start of threads to underside of platform) and how many clicks on the shocks. I know this is a bit of a weedy post but will help with my initial set up. The sprinds are 100lbs by the way.
