I would have thought its cheaper and easier in Australia to get a set of ultralights from Performance Wheels which are similar copies of orginial minilites.
They dont come setup for the Lotua knock on arrangement. You need to buy them undrilled and then make up a steel centre insert for the knock on to seat on and drill the holes for the peg drives.
Never done it myself as my Elan has bolt on hubs and my plus 2 orginal Lotus alloy knock ons but I have seen it done successfully.

If it's of any interest to you. Spyder, the tubular chassis supplier can provide Minilite knock on alloy wheels to fit the Elan & +2. Dimensions are however 6 1/2"J x 14". Rear suspension springs need to be replaced with 2 1/4" ones to provide clearance for the wider rims.

Les,
Check out these guys in Oz
<a href='http://www.full-throttle.com.au/Wheels/Panasport.htm' target='_blank'>http://www.full-throttle.com.au/Wheels/Panasport.htm</a>
I contacted them a while back and they seemed reasonable. Haven't bought the wheels as I really need to do many other more important things first.
