My ten cents...

Excellent advice from Rohan, agree with every word, the only thing further that I would advise is to fit +2 front brakes. I did this a couple of years ago and it got rid of that very frightening rear-wheel lock-up (which I only ever expereinced twice, both times going straight, dread to think what would have happened in a corner emergency-braking situation).
When I got the car it had very hard poly bushes in the front, these were useless, took advice from various folks, particularly Andy at Spyder, and went back to rubber (both inner and outer should be bonded, but I'm not surprised Keith found some which were not). Andy reckoned that the life of modern rubber would be much shorter than good-old 60's and 70's parts- back to the fact that all new rubber seems to be crap due to H&S requirements.
Probably next time I do rebuild, I will fit Susan's soft poly bushes.
Cannot recommend the TTR adjustable front shockers/springs highly enough. also I run Spyder twin wishbone rear set-up.

Cheers,
Pete.
