Plus 2 Spring/Damper Recommendations

Looking for current recommendations for which springs and dampers to buy for my Plus 2. I have read some threads on Spax failures on here (from around 2009), I see that PM are doing a sale on full Spax kits at the moment but thought I would ask here first as things may have changed since these were failing. I want standard ride characteristics, not track setup,
Thanks.
Thanks.

I believe there are 2 possible heights. What is called the European (1 inch space between rear arch and tyre) and Federal ( 2 inch space). Also the same spring material, just longer.
I suspect you are asking about the front?

Born, and brought home from the hospital (no seat belt (wtf)) in a baby!
Find out where the limits are, and start from there

The PM Spax kit, including springs, full set for the car would be £630 including delivery. Not sure if that is a decent price or not however Spax have quoted £610 with no springs so in this respect the PM price seems reasonable. However if Spax is a "no no" from previous posts, has anyone fitted them more recently but had long enough on them to determine if they still have issues ?.

I've fitted TTR Comfort/Fast Road setup. Very happy with how the car handles and good ride, they are adjustable heights and damping. So require some setup, and need adjustable base on the rear which is more work.
I don't believe the ride height change is related to the market the cars were sold in. The parts manual lists two springs but they are common to all variants of the car. I believe the change over was related to either the cars grounding out too easily or/and to comply with US headlight level requirements.
Related to this my only "niggle" with the TTR setup is that I've been ground the car a lot more and have mashed the exhaust pipe where it runs under the gearbox. I think this is combination of me running the car lower than before (it had the high ride height before), the TTR front bump stops are very short and going on some longer/faster drives in the car.

Thanks, I really just want a standard setup though. Fixed height dampers would be fine, I don't want the hassle of setting up adjustable dampers. The Spax are available with fixed seats, adjustable damping, that would work for me, but only if Spax is deemed a good product, I only want to fit these once.
