Who rebuilds master cylinders? I have a tandem I've given up on. new kit in it after doing the honing with 600 grit paper wrapped around a wood dowel in the drill trick. Main piston hangs up most of the time, i think the secondary is stuck as well as it doesnt pump when i bench bleed. which is weird as it seems to slip in too easily. maybe its the only one that is stuck as the primary hangs about 1/4" from full out. do i just need to hone better? would like to send it off to someone.

After having zero luck with the tool shown in H2O's post I sent my tandem to someplace in CA that I can't remember the name of where they sleeved it with stainless steel. Took forever but really nice job.

best thing you can do for your old master. It will last forever with a stainless sleeve.
