I have not seen this article, but it sound interesting.
I have seen an advertisement from Northampton Motorsport for Weber carburettors converted to incorporate injectors. The price was ?500 which I assume was for one carburettor.

The advertisement was in Practical Performance Car April 2014. ?500/carburettor, and is described as a conversion. What they mean by conversion is not stated, could be that your car has been converted (i.e. it now has fuel injection), or that they need your carbs to carry out the work.

Hi,
Went to the Autosport show today and noticed this twink with throttle bodies - photos should be attached. I think these might become quite popular!
This was on a >1900cc ax block with diesel fiesta crank
They said it was going to be in the next magazine issue
