Play in throttle linkage

Does anyone have this kind of throttle linkage and if so, do you have the play exhibited here? Linkage is fairly new, no wear in the little bushes that connect the arm and the arm is fairly new, with the carbs. Not sure how to eliminate it.
Click on the larger picture for a short video of the play.

When ever I see play like that on any machinery my first thought is something not tightened up enough.
However if it is a pivot point then it is usually a mixture of too big a hole on the bracket where the shaft/bolt goes through and not enough clamping force to stop it sliding around in the hole.
Either way there is definitely too much play there.
