I'm going to guess that you have purchased an air filter & it does not fit in the AC air filter housing?
The Air Filter I purchased from Paul Matty was the same, the OD & ID are good; you have to trim the height in the centre section. I believe I found a posting here somewhere...
I think most people fit the K&N cone filter & remove the AC filter housing. Cliveyboy sells a nice mount for the K&N.

St Wilkins pointed me to WIX WA6401, which is too thick, and I crush it gently in a large vice.

Hi all,
Many thanks for all of your helpful inputs.
I was used Mann-Hummel C1833 air filter.
This time I will try to use K&N filter Part E-3350 or Part E-2473.
The darkest place is under the candlestick again.

I have asked the different between Part E-3350 and Part E-2473.
K&N tech said The E-2473 has a smaller pleat by 1/8 of an inch, but to you nothing is different.
Thank you.
Hiro
