Great site, don't know why i haven't used it before.

Just fitted new dellorto's and thought id taken enough photo's but i cannot find the correct location for the return spring

I know one end is fixed to the cable actuator on the carbs central point but where does the other end locate.

Any advice/photo's would help.

Steve

I go to the hardware store and select an appropriate one off the shelf for 49 cents and modify the carbs to work by pulling up instead of pushing ---or go to the wrecker and select one from whatever looks good and shorten it to work ...unless you are into concourse then Im sure someone will sell you a 'genuine' Lotus factory 26R racing throttle spring used by Pescalaro for a great amount of money ,,,,ed

Weber do a nice bracket that mounts on the top of DCOE's and spring that may work on your carbs.

Hi James ----I have seen them . this set up has an hour or 2 on a Saturday and a total investment of 90 cents and is bullet proof on both cars . Plus it has that primitive boy racer look I like so much   the upper spring retention bracket is the prototype and may get pretty over the winter -----ed

Didn't the original poster ask where to attach his Dellorto spring? so shouldn't all these "wonderful" fixes be in the Mods section :?
