Robbie, replacing Plus 2 petrol tank vent hoses:
As per the manual, the two vent hoses work their way up each B pillar and then go across the roof under the head lining, down the opposite side to exit under the floor. There are grommets where they go through the [i]inner[i] B pillar and then they are held in by foam along the roof. There's a lot of friction on the bends, not to mention that the foam will probably be degraded and stuck to the old hoses. The old hoses go hard with age/exposure to fuel so not really possibly to pull them out.

In, my opinion, if you stick with the original routing of the vent hoses you will need to unfasten the rear of the head-lining. This in turn necessitates removal of the rear screen because the head lining is held in place by the rear screen.
