Fuel Filler Flap

It looks like the filler flap is hinge is a pin with the ends rolled over.

If I drill the end to remove it, what should I replace it with?

It's a hollow roll pin on mine.

Mine (Plus2) is just a solid tight fit...push in/push out..

I just got a small screwdriver and tapped it out
