V Light Throttle

Apart from "little Bubbles" see other thread...the only outstanding tuning issue I have (for now) is on very light throttle, at a constant speed, the car feels like its missing occasionally and the fueling feels hesitant. Pick up is fine and it cruises fine on anything above v light part throttle (about 55-60 in top).

Carbs are balanced at 1000rpm with synchrometer SK and serviced, dizzy is brand new, thackery washers (set properly) and O rings are fine. I'm starting to think a little more widely...how about servo non return valve or headlamp pop up system?

Any ideas?
