Fuel Tap

Whilst trying to solve my recent misfire problem, I converted to an electric pump setup.
It was something I had anyway considered, since it allowed me to fit a hidden switch,
which would increase security.
In the end, I reconverted back to the mechanical pump, but the question of security
still bugged me, So I've now fitted a fuel tap in the boot such that the "plumbing" is
hidden away under the boot tray, but still allowing room for the spare wheel - although
I don't carry one.
If anyone is interested, I will take pictures and post details.
Regards,
Stuart.

Hi Stuart,
Can I ask what grade/type of hose you used? And do you get any fuel smells in the boot?
Cheers

Eric,
I'm in the uk and yes it's just another little security attempt that might fool someone.
Robbie,
The hose is your standard petrol grade hose from most local factors.
Sold by the metre, approx ?4 per m.
Stainless steel jubilee clips - good quality.
No leaks, no smells.

Stewart,
Thanks for letting me know about the hidden fuel valve. Now can you tell me exactly where the car is located?
