Heater box top

I had a similar issue with my Smiths F465 heater box fitted to my S4. I managed to source a similar box from an FX4 taxis (London Black Cab). The only difference being the heater pipes on the taxis originally came through the cover so I blanked these holes off with a couple of grommets.
Not sure how many breakers of these taxis there are in your neck of the woods compared to the UK.

Thanks but London Taxi cabs are rarer than Lotus Elans in the US junk yards....

I understand. If you can’t find a replacement in the states then I would look at repairing what you have or make a replacement. It’s a fairly simple shape so shouldn’t be a problem for a tin smith.
