looked for one for years and years... good luck !
there is also the option just to swap the face (and deal with wrong mileage), or to have it recalibrated (change on mileage gears as well) for a full conversion...

Speedycables (who have access to the old Smiths Instruments tooling and documentation) should be able to recalibrate a MPH speedo and produce a new face so that you end up with the KPH speedo you require. I don't know how expensive it would be, but worth giving them a call.
