Plus 2 LH Seat Runner Assembly

PostPost by: 111Robin » Wed Aug 10, 2022 8:24 am

I'm looking for a decent left hand seat runner assembly for a 1968 Plus 2. It's actually only the two sliding channels that bolt to the floor that are rotten, the rest of the assembly is fine, but I will buy a complete assembly if necessary.

Dear Robin I have a spare set of seat runners from a +2 130s 1972
I can see there are 2 runner types
One has 2 springs on the outside
One has th spring on the crossmember
Which are you after
I attach a photo of the 2 different types

Hi Pete,
Thanks for the offer. I decided to buff the corrosion off my base in the end, it's only the underside of the runners that are corroded, the rest is fine. I treated them with a rust stabiliser so hopefully it will last another 50 years.
Thanks anyway,
Robin

Pete I'm afraid mine doesn't have under dash trims either. I'd be interested to see what they look like as well.
