Elan +2 Knock on wheels

I'm looking for some wheels so that I can get my project rolling, the current wheels are mis-matched steel and Dunlop.

I'm not fussed about condition, as long as they hold air. if there is a set of bald tyres on them, even better.
Happy to drive to collect. (Based in Bicester, Oxfordshire).
