Parts wanted

PostPost by: Tony F » Wed Jul 15, 2020 8:13 pm

Good evening,

I'm getting near to finishing an 11 year love hate relationship with a '74 Plus 2 130/5 S.
I'm looking for a 5 speed gear gearknob and a block drain bung (the one on the LH side of the block) or if anybody knows the thread size?

Thanks
Tony F

Unfortunately drain plug is unavailable at S&J.

Try the normal suspects. I bought one a few months ago for my car from either QED or Paul Matty.

Are you looking for a drain tap, or drain plug?

Hi,
Preferably the drain plug, I think it was a 9/16th head size?
Cheers

9/16" head size as you say, and should be 1/4" NPT thread size. Easy to get from an hydraulic supplies shop.
