Parts wanted

Rebuilding a 130/5 from boxes of bits and obviously now some boxes not with car!!
Does anyone have a support brace- rear scuttle part number 050B1344
Boot stay spring 050B0044
I live in West York’s if it makes any difference.

You can get the boot stay spring from SJS Sportscars but the support brace is NLA. I got a rusty one from a member of this web site but had to weld on new ends.

Also look on eBay there is usually someone breaking a car for parts, but they often think theyre made from gold! You can always contact them and ask.

Thanks for that. It’s much as I expected but just hope there maybe one lurking somewhere even if it’s just to use as a pattern to fabricate a new one.

The spring is easily made, fettled a bit less easily. The bracket I am happy PO saved, though I notice in the wind at 26/4996's first fillup, bracing in the boot for the hinge area is necessary. This spring, stainless welding rod, 1/8":
