'I'll have a look at Thackery washers clearance, I was not aware of it.'
Something you might also not be aware of is that the carburettors are meant to be retained using nyloc nuts. You appear to be using plain brass nuts. I would change those whilst you are carrying out some adjustments.
I made the same mistake once in my youth. After a little look under the bonnet some weeks later, there were only 4 nuts left! Lucky escape.

I have experience of three 123 distributors. All on my Alfa's, and I have one currently on my 105 saloon.
Great units, never had trouble, but the clips are crap. AND I did complain on my first one back in 2008 !
They're pricey now. Not sure I could justify one over an Aldon Ignitor (as above mine has been perfect for over 20 years and I think I paid £65 for it) , direct from Aldon.

Have not used one myself as I have an Aldon igniter fitted, but a well known engine builder swears by Powerspark electronic ignitions and will not use anything else. Although my Aldon has not failed I'm thinking of carrying a Powerspark unit as a spare as they're incredibly good value.
Ref earlier question on coil and leads. They say 'MUST be used with silicone HT leads, NOT COPPER.' and 'To be used with a coil resistance above 1.5 ohms only'

Yes, I followed the instructions religiously-silicone leads and a Pertronix coil-still failed within a couple of thousand miles. This is with a complete Pertronix supplied distributer. When I phone Pertronix and talked to an engineer he was fairly emphatic in stating that Lucas "Red" points would fit right in. I hadn't mentioned points...

I'm using a standard Lucas Sports Coil, nothing flash, Previously I used Bosch coils, again a standard non-ballast resistor coil from any motor factors.
Ignition leads, I've stuck with copper wires but with NGK suppressed plug caps (5K I think) on the Elan & Europa. Radio is fine, ignition works.
I know the recommendation is for graphite leads with plain metal plug connectors but my logic was that what's important isn't the type of lead but having some resistance in the circuit, and that's what I've got.

I have replaced the nuts with nyloc nuts and left enough space to the tachery washers but the problems are the same. Very often when the engine is cold the cars is working bad specially at low and mid range while it goes ok at high rpm. Normally when the engine it's hot it works much better but sometimes it still have some misfire. I really suspect it's something on the ignition but what? Points? Condensator? Coil? Cables? Distributor cap? Rotor?
Can someone help me identify which distributor is it? Someone can help me identify the correct part NR. For points and rotor?

This is the problem these days, modern garages cannot diagnose running issues like this. Back in the day we would hook your car up to a Sun analyzer and check the ignition trace on the scope and could quickly confirm or eliminate each of the ignition system components from the problem. Only then would we start to look at carburation , air leaks etc. Even so called classic specialists don't use equipment like this and end up changing components, hit or miss. I have a 1970's Sun analyser for personal use, while it still works it's invaluable, unfortunately fifty year old electronics aren't the most robust so who knows how long it'll last.

If you go on the Burton Power web site you can find part no. for all the ignition parts you require. You could order from Burton or then find a local motor factors.
TBH it doesn’t sound like ignition to me but more like carburettor issue.

Don't forget you can change the top plate on Dissy and fit Cooper S Points.
