Not sure why you have listed it as a Lotus Cortina engine? It's not, it's an Elan engine. Ford cars fitted with a Lotus Twincam never used the Stromberg head or carbs.

If you can find a number stamped on the horizontal flat of the block under the carbs (e.g. LPxxxxLBA), it would help clearing the question of provenance of the engine
